Circuit Judge Ben Fuller

Circuit Judge Benjamin Fuller became Circuit Judge for the 19th Judicial Circuit in 1996. Judge Fuller received his law degree from the Jones School of Law and was admitted to practice law in Alabama on September 28, 1990. During the past 20 years, Judge Fuller has presided over thousands of cases ranging from capital murder and other serious felonies to boundary line disputes, child custody cases, divorces, juvenile, offender cases and cases involving dependent, neglected and abused children. According to the Administrative Office of Courts, Judge Fuller is among the Top 15 most experienced circuit judges in Alabama.

Judge Fuller resides in Prattville, Alabama with his wife. His daughter is currently an attorney in Mobile and his son is currently attending college. He remains active in his church and throughout the community.
